Cancellation Policy for Veryfyer email verification services

Overview

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation of email verification services provided by Veryfyer.

Cancellation Period

Customers may cancel their subscription or service at any time by contacting our support team at support@veryfer.com, or using the subscription management section of their account/dashboard.

Cancellation Process For Contacting Support

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Send a cancellation request to support@veryfer.com
  2. Include your account information and reason for cancellation (optional)
  3. Our team will process your request within 2 business days

Cancellation Process For Account/Dashboard

To cancel your subscription using the account/dashboard:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to the subscription management section
  3. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process. Your subscription will be canceled at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding refunds following cancellation.

Credits and Unused Verifications

Any unused email verification credits at the time of cancellation will be available until the end of your current billing cycle, after which they will expire. For pay-as-you-go plans, your purchased credits will remain available for use according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

Pro-rated Billing

Unless otherwise specified, customers will be billed for the entire billing cycle in which the cancellation request is received. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles.
