This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting refunds for email verification services provided by Veryfyer.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Subscription plans that have not been used (0 emails verified) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Pay-as-you-go credit purchases that have not been used (0 credits used) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase
  • For subscription services, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle if the service has been used. There will be no pro-rated refunds for partial billing cycles, unless otherwise specified.
  • Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been used (emails that have been verified)
  • Custom API integration projects may have specific refund terms outlined in the service agreement

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request to support@veryfer.com
  2. Include your account information, service details, and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup fees
  • Services already used (verified emails)
  • Custom integration work that has been completed and delivered
  • Administrative fees
